"The merger between rivals Sirius and XM will be compleated! My sources have told me that the FCC & DOJ are just taking alittle more time to reveiw the ala cart proposal and a few loose ends on the DOJ's part. It also helps that most of the FCC including the Chairman not olny agree but are backing the merger!! "Raido is one form of broadcasting with many options and choices. TV is anouther with many options. computer is another choice with many options. Ipods, blackberrys, recording devices, and the list goes on . Siris is just another form with many stations to choose from. If the DOJ does not approve the merger there will be only one satelite network anyway. Satalite needs to pool thier resorces to become a stronger player in the broadcast battlegrounds."
