"At least short term, all indicators have MSFT in extreme oversold fashion and great buying opportunity.
MSFT will win either way in this Yahoo deal too, as by acquiring Yahoo, they will effectively ruin GOOG and push GOOG out of #1 spot as search engine. If they do not go through with this deal, it will also be percevived as not taking on additional perceived debt trouble of Yahoo, so will benefit MSFT as well.
All GOOG is is a search engine supplied by revenue from people buying streaming"
