Mar 20, 2017 (MarketNewsVideo.com via COMTEX News Network) -- Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the PowerShares Senior Loan Portfolio (BKLN), where 4,200,000 units were destroyed, or a 1.1% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the First Trust Long/Short Equity ETF (FTLS), which lost 1,450,000 of its units, representing a 27.1% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of FTLS, in morning trading today Apple (AAPL) is up about 0.9%, and Adobe Systems (ADBE) is up by about 0.8%.
